1. What PolyCopy is

PolyCopy is a software tool that mirrors selected Polymarket wallets to your own Polymarket account on your own device. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or money transmitter, and it does not take custody of your funds, private keys, or accounts.

2. No financial advice

Nothing in PolyCopy is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Leaderboards, edge metrics, and copyability scores are informational only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any losses.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with Polymarket's terms of service and with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including any restrictions on prediction-market or derivatives trading in your jurisdiction. Do not use PolyCopy where prohibited.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Fees are for software access only.

5. No warranty / limitation of liability

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from use of the software.
